Hello, I'm Li-Yu, a passionate game developer with a focus on technical art. Since embarking on my journey in 2017, I've been immersed in the world of both analog and digital game design. My toolkit is diverse, encompassing everything from the Warcraft III World Editor (2002) to Unity and Unreal, fueling a relentless stream of creative ideas.
In 2022, I honed my skills in 3D Technical Art, which now stands as a key strength in my repertoire. My process involves a comprehensive workflow that begins with 3D full pipeline content creation (3D modeling, UV-unwrapping, texture baking, 3D painting, and rigging & animation) and extends through shader development, rendering, VFX, and procedural content generation. I use a variety of DCCs, including Blender, Maya, Substance Painter/Designer and Houdini, to bring my visions to life.
